Returns Policy

This policy applies to purchases made exclusively on www.cuminco.com and is applicable to users residing in India.

At Cumin Co., we stand by the quality of our premium cast iron cookware. If for any reason you’re not satisfied with your purchase, our hassle-free return and refund policy is here to assist you.

Eligibility for Returns

You Can Request a Return If:

  1.  You received an unwanted item:
    The item must be unused, in the same condition as delivered, and in its original packaging.
    A receipt or proof of purchase is required to process the return.
  2. Your item was damaged or not delivered:
    Damaged products must be reported within 24 hours of delivery, with clear photos of the issue and the product’s serial number (found on the base).
  3. You received a faulty product:
  4. Faulty products can be exchanged or refunded.

Refund Policy for Unwanted Items

  • Refunds are issued for the product price only (shipping fees are non-refundable).
  • If only part of an order is returned, the refund applies to the price of the returned item(s) only.
  • Refunds will be processed within 10 business days after we receive and inspect the returned product.

For exchanges or issue resolutions, processing may take up to 7 business days from the date we receive the product.

For Faulty Items

If you believe your product is faulty, please email us at support@cuminco.com.
  • Faulty items are covered under the manufacturer’s product guarantee terms (refer to the instruction booklet included with your purchase).
  • We aim to respond to your email within two working days with the next steps.

Required Information for Returns/Refunds

To process your request smoothly, please provide:
  • Your order number (from your confirmation email).
  • Product reference or description (found on the order confirmation or website).
  • Unique product code (located on the base of the product).
  • Clear photos or videos showing the fault or damage.

Refunds (if applicable)

• Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you via email about the approval or rejection of your refund.
• Approved refunds will be credited to your original payment method within 10 business days.

Cash on Delivery (COD) Returns

For COD purchases, refunds are credited to your bank account. Please email the following details to support@cuminco.com:
  • Account holder’s name
  • Bank account number
  • IFSC code
  • Allow up to 10 business days for processing.

Cancellations
  1. Before Shipping:
     Orders can be canceled for a full refund if not yet shipped.
  2. Post Shipping:
    Orders already shipped but not delivered can be canceled by contacting support@cuminco.com.
    Cancellation charges may apply.

Refunds will be processed after receiving and verifying the returned product’s condition.

Gift Returns

If the item was marked as a gift at the time of purchase, you’ll receive a gift credit upon return approval. If the item wasn’t marked as a gift, the refund will be processed to the original buyer.

Late or Missing Refunds

If your refund hasn’t arrived:
  1. Check your bank account again.
  2. Contact your credit card company or bank for updates.
  3. Allow some processing time before refunds are posted.
